Springfield REALTORS® New Member Orientation

Welcome to Springfield REALTORS®! This one-hour New Member Orientation is designed to help you get connected, compliant, and ready to succeed in your real estate career.

In this fast-paced, high-value session, you’ll receive a local-focused overview of your membership, including a recap of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, key rules and compliance essentials, and an introduction to the Regional MLS (RMLS) and member tools. You’ll also learn how to make the most of your membership through networking, involvement opportunities, and business-building resources.

We’ll cover practical success strategies for your first 60–90 days, highlight the impact REALTORS® have in our community, and explain how advocacy and RPAC protect your business. You’ll leave with a clear action plan and the resources you need to get started with confidence.

Whether you’re brand new or transferring to the area, this session will help you plug into the Springfield real estate community and hit the ground running.
