Welcome to the Springfield REALTORS® family! This engaging and informative 1-hour class is designed to orient new members with the structure, values, and responsibilities that come with REALTOR® membership—from the national level at NAR, through Oregon REALTORS®, down to your local Springfield board.

Led by Dave Lacy, Past President of the Board, current State Director, and 2026 Education Vice Chair, this session will cover what it truly means to be a REALTOR®, how to get involved, and the benefits and expectations of membership at every level. You’ll gain insight into professional standards, advocacy efforts, networking opportunities, continuing education, and the critical role you play in upholding the REALTOR® brand.
