This application should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please have the following information ready before you begin:

Your Real Estate or Appraisal License Number

Your NRDS Number (if you have one)


Before You Apply:

Please make sure your license is in ACTIVE status with Oregon Real Estate Agency or the Oregon Appraiser Certification and Licensing Board. Real Estate Agents, please make sure your license shows as ACTIVE under the Real Estate Office you are claiming in your application. The application process cannot move forward until your license is ACTIVE with the State of Oregon.
