Staff attorney Nicholas Peasley will be our special instructor for this in-person event. Nicholas provides in-house legal counsel to the Association and its committees, provides risk management guidance to members through the Legal Hotline, and develops programs, services, and tools that help members practice real estate in Oregon competently, lawfully, and ethically.
