Kick off Realtor Safety Month with an empowering and hands-on safety training designed specifically for real estate agents. Led by former police sergeant Ryan Fraker, this class will equip you with the knowledge and skills to stay safe in the field.

Part 1: Safety Strategies & Situational Awareness Learn the psychology of a criminal, how to recognize red flags, de-escalate tense situations, and implement smart safety protocols during showings, open houses, and client meetings. Ryan brings real-world experience and practical advice tailored to the unique risks realtors face.

Part 2: Practical Application & Pepper Spray Target Practice Hands-on safety drills and practice using water-based pepper spray trainers. Build confidence and muscle memory to respond effectively in high-stress situations.
