Debi Hauer is the President of DLH Properties, a real estate investment firm. Debi graduate from NYU with a BS degree in management and holds an MBA as well. After graduation Debi worked in finance as a stock broker and later as a commodity analyst specializing in foreign currencies and precious metals. DLH Properties began as a way to invest and over the past 25 years grew to include a property management division, a fix and flip division as well as a real estate holding company. Initially, Debi obtained a real estate license as a means to finding properties to invest in for the DLH portfolio. As friends asked “How can I get involved too?” a real estate career evolved. Debi has worked as an accountant specializing in construction and property management since 1997. She has been trained and inspired in sales by the best from Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins, Terry Weaver and others. Using her experience in construction and finance to help buyers find their perfect home and sellers prepare their home for sale attention to detail is Debi’s motto. She has sold over 100 million dollars worth of real estate and helped over 500 families find their dream home.
